Costliest Streets in Great Britain

New data from Rightmove shows the most expensive streets in Britain, with no surprise being that the majority are located in the Capital.

There is only one street outside of London that falls within the top 20 most costly, which is East Road in Elmbridge, Surrey, with an average asking price of £8,795,714.

Most expensive in London

Unsurprisingly, the high-cost properties are located in London, specifically Westminster, Barnet, and Kensington.
