Trainee Mortgage Adviser – Level 1

The successful applicant will begin their journey in the Administration Department supporting the Mortgage Advisers with processing mortgage applications. Over the next 2 to 3 years Trainees will learn all the skills and knowledge required to become a Mortgage Adviser whilst being supported through the industry’s Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) exams.

Trainee Mortgage Adviser – Level 2

We offer a similar role to applicants with relevant industry experience, on a fast-track basis

Package:

Throughout the training which is a full time permanent position you will be paid a basic salary which increases in stages with experience and exam results. Once qualified you can expect an OTE earnings of between £35,000 and £75,000 as your knowledge and client base increases.

Package:

We charge 18% commission for a competent adviser, plus £50 per month for our back office system

No other charges apply

We offer full business and compliance support

Job type: Self Employed

Candidate:

  • Candidates will be industry experienced with their own lead source / client banks
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualified
  • Be able to work in a compliant manner within a pressurised environment

Proposition:

We offer whole of market independent advice through our Directly Authorised Proposition on mortgages and protection.

Protection Administrator

As responsible Mortgage Advisers we believe that every client should be aware of the risks involved with borrowing money. We discuss with every borrower the risks and the protection products which are available to them should the worst happen, this is where our protection department comes in.

An expanding area of the business, the team provide advice and arrange products to support individuals and their families when they need it most. As part of that team the Protection Administrator will liaise between the client, the providers and the adviser to ensure their application goes through smoothly.

The successful applicant will enjoy working within a small happy team, they will be able to work well under pressure, show good empathy, be thoroughly organised and have a good attention to detail.
