Q. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A. I wanted to be in the MI5
Q. Most embarrassing moment?
A. When I started my old job I called my boss the wrong name for a whole week at work until he finally told me on my second week his actual name.

A. One direction

A. My mum, I want to be exactly like her when I’m a mum

Q. Favourite part of your job?
A. Researching if clients can get the terms they want by calling all our providers, its fun and makes me happy when we find the right provider for them to give them what they want.
